RETURN/REFUND POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY! We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. Please take your time to make your selection and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. You can also request more photos about the product you like by Instagram direct message before you make your purchase (@tropicalvibesbeachboutique). You are not able to return white swimsuits. No exceptions! These pieces are non-refundable. Remember when you shop at our website you have agreed to our Return Policy. 

RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

  1. DOMESTIC RETURNS (US and Puerto Rico): Simply ship back your item(s) using the Return Label that we you e-mail you once you request your return at tropicalvibesbeachboutique@gmail.com. You can re-use the same package by attaching the label on top of the original one and using tape to seal it back. 

  2. Then drop package off at USPS location. 

  3. There is no need to print an invoice or notify us, since the label contains your order number and that's all we need to process your Store Credit. 

  4. The Store Credit is valid on all items in our store and never expires. 

  5. Please keep your undergarments on while trying on the pieces, as merchandise must have NO signs of wear, no odor, be unwashed, and have all original tags it came with. As soon as we receive the package back, it will be assessed, and after the evaluation, your credit will be issued as a cupom code sent to your email.

  6. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of original delivery date.

  7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: All returns are accepted for Store Credit. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us to find out detailed instructions and expedite your Store Credit.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from us.

Personal information we collect:
When you visit the our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 .

COOKIES POLICY

We use “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity on our site. A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit so we can understand how you use our site and serve you content based on preferences you have specified.

If you do not wish to accept cookies from us, you should instruct your browser to refuse cookies from our website, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services without access. This Policy covers the use of cookies only between your computer and our website.

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

  1. Our domestic shipping has a Flat Rate of U$ 6 and includes Puerto Rico.

  2. We have a 25$ flat rate for everything that international buyers shop with us. Most countries are shipped USPS, regular local postal service, except for Australia, that is shipped via UPS. Most countries charge importing duties, and it is the customer's responsibility.

  3. Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes the customer's and the carrier's responsibility. The Tropical Vibes Beach Boutique is not responsible for your package when tracking says delivered. 

  4. $6 Flat Rate Shipping does not include insurance. $12 Priority Shipping and $35 Overnight Shipping are automatically insured up to $100. You can file your insurance claim directly with USPS. We do not file Claims in behalf of the client when the tracking for the order says delivered.
